Reservation cancellation and invoice payment
- If the planned reservation is cancelled at least 14 days before the arrival date, the full reservation amount will be refunded. (In June, July, and August, cancellations must be made at least 21 days before arrival for a full refund.)
- If the planned reservation is cancelled later than 14 days before the arrival date, the reservation fee is non-refundable. (In June, July, and August, cancellations must be made at least 21 days before arrival to be eligible for a refund.)
- After filling out the reservation form, you will receive a confirmation email with an attached invoice. Reservations are only confirmed after 100% of the invoice has been paid.
- We kindly ask that payment for the issued invoice be made within 24 hours of receipt; otherwise, the reservation may be canceled.
- You can reschedule your reservation to a later date no later than seven days before the original reservation date.
- It is possible to reschedule once. If the reservation is rescheduled and then canceled, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
Pets
- Bringing pets into the holiday cabin without prior approval is not allowed. Violation of this rule may result in a fine ranging from €50 to €100, including VAT, without prior notice.
- We kindly ask that you arrange pet accommodation individually before your arrival at the holiday cabin “Paisumi.” An additional fee applies for bringing pets.
Any damage caused by pets to the holiday cabin and/or its surroundings must be fully covered by their owners, based on the calculated costs of repair.
Hot tub
If you have booked the cabin without the hot tub but later decide you would like to use it, the hot tub must be requested at least 2 days before the check-in date.
Please note that before starting to heat the hot tub, it must be completely filled with water. Additionally, water may only be drained from the tub once the stove has fully burned out and is no longer hot. A compensation fee of €500 applies for overheating the hot tub.
House Rules
- Loud music is strictly prohibited on the “Paisumi” holiday cabin property from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. In case of a violation of this rule, we reserve the right to ask guests to immediately leave the premises and to notify the municipal police about the disturbance.
- “Paisumi” is not responsible for any belongings or valuables left behind or lost during your stay at the holiday cabin.
- Without prior approval, it is prohibited to burn candles in the holiday cabin. It is strictly forbidden to bring in or store flammable items and substances.
- The holiday cabin “Paisumi” reserves the right to unilaterally issue an invoice for any damages incurred.
Important Information
- If any damage or loss is discovered in the holiday cabin premises or on the property after the guests’ stay, the guests will be required to cover the costs according to an invoice issued by the holiday cabin “Paisumi” for the damage repair.
- If you notice any damage to the “Paisumi” holiday cabin property, please report it immediately by phone +371 29773550.
Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the “Paisumi” holiday cabin (this includes cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and other alternatives). Please smoke only in designated areas. It is strictly forbidden to dispose of cigarette butts in the fire pit or grill. Ashtrays are provided for that purpose.
A fine of €100 will be applied for smoking inside the cabin.
